Roxa r3 gripwalk and attack 13s pre release problem

So my bindings have been pre releaseing in the toe offten. I think the problem is that the ADF plate is not touching the orange plate on the bottom of my boots, it's just hitting the rubber part of the grip walk sole. When I go to lower the toe piece so it's not touching the rubber it is then to loose! And there is a large gap between the ADF and the boot. Are attack 13s not grip walk compatible?

Are they Attack2s? Also I'm not positive but don't you manually adjust the attacks?

yes, the AFD needs to be manually adjusted.

OP, you need to ideally have a gap pf 0.5-1.0mm between boot sole and AFD. Adjust by pulling the boot back when its clicked in (sort of like as if you were leaning back while clicked in to your skis), and then adjust AFD and then let go of boot. I use a business card to test, you should be able to put a business card in the gap and pull it out. It should not just glide in and out, there should be resistance but it should also not rip or tear the card. If this doest work, check your forward pressure

Oh that’s a fair point, only the Attack 2 and above will work w grip walk. If you have the OG attacks they’re not gonna work

That looks like the older 13 without GW compatibility. The AFD on the GW version is designed completely differently i believe.
