KevskiI dunno man, it was pretty simple pinching it and sliding it out. Think I lost mine once I took it out or I'd try to repeat and describe it. But it might even come out by going inwards into the hemet? You just need to pinch it enough that it moves I think. It was a while ago I did that so I can't really remember, but it really wasn't that forceful to get out.
