ConesForBreakfasNot supporting the guy, but sounds like he was calling out the company, not the great dude. However, he didnt back up any of his claims or even explain how "Burton is killing skiing" instead of just SoCal culture is leaning toward snowboarding instead of skiing, which is probably due to the huge skate culture there. Don't get me wrong, i iove a good bashing of corporations but you gotta at least have facts @MXmx

It was low brow trolling at best.
Terrain parks were bread out of snowboard culture. Hell skiing in parks would get your pass pulled at one point. "Snowboard parks".
I've got my gripes with burton as a company like anyone but come on. The way they made their shit incompatible and tried to sue people was bullshit. I hate apple doing that shit too. That said burton helped to build snowboarding into what it is today. Look at what the open became. Snowboarding and skiing would be nearly what it is without burton.
Some people ski some people snowboard. Ive seen boarders camp on features, skier getting their taint slide on, shitty featyres built by snowboarders, shitty features built by skiers.
Hell people, even on here used to call side entry features "snowboard style" at one point.
Idk. Just go out and have fun.
