its Jiberish, unfortunately they don't make those anymore but maybe you can find a used one

Yeah this is a "Jiberish Lohi"

They used to release different collections at different stores and I believe "Lohi" refers to a neigborhood in Denver or something like that. (Their one in Boston was called the "Vault"). If you search Jiberish Lohi there are a bunch available on ebay/etc but it might take some searching to find that exact one.
