Looking at the North Face Silvani anorak. Anyone have one that could give me some insight on fit? I have an XL Denali anorak that fits pretty well for every day use (reaches to right below my waist). 28 inches from top of zipper to bottom of ribbing. I’m debating whether I want to go 2xl with this one to get a little extra length for the mountain.
It’s a “regular fit” so it’s not designed to be like a freeride/freestyle fit. I wear a large when it comes to TNF in shirts, thermoball, flannels t shirts etc. Any outerwear from them I buy an XL. I got a Fuse Brigandine and the XL was spot on, a little extra length but not obnoxiously baggy. I would size up to a double X for a little extra coverage but if you want it to be more fitted stay w the XL
