Bindings further forward or further back?

Hey guys,

I have a pair of black crows atris 2018 that are mounted factory standard (so further back). I was thinking of mounting them further forward, but maybe not true center.

I want to have better balance on nose butters and on park features, but keep the charginess and balance you get on big lines (as I am now skiing whistler as a home resort).

Has anyone pondered this question, and if so, what do you recommend to keep that big mountain feel with a park-style hybrid.

get a more freestyle oriented ski. The Atris is a big mountain ski it’s not designed to be skied with a centered stance. I know a few of the team riders and the most they go is 2 up from recommended which still ends up being -6 from center. I’ve skied it at -6 and -4 and it feels more balanced than one would think at -6. Just food for thought, I didn’t like it close to center because you end up fighting the shape, but it’s your choice. I went 2 forward from Rec and I think it's a really great balance for freestyle and skiing deeper and more variable conditions

If you are skiing on them in the park, more centered mounted would be better but you would sacrifice some for big mountain. If you mounted them further back, big mountain would be better but park would be much harder.
