My CT 1.0 is of course at candide line, and after reccomendation here I put my CT 3.0 at candide line, which worked out great and just feels like they are in the right place. They just have a nice natural feel as they were ment for it (which they of course are) but the tails also feels nice.
Now I just got a pair of prodigy 3.0 19/20 190cm as they just went on sale . so where do I mount? this will be all mountain with laps through park when friends allow it, and I have a lets say "aggresive go fast" style on carving, but I wanna do laps in the park without changeing skis, not really planning on rails, just jumps and some boxes. I know its not going to carve like my mantra 102s, but I will be more playfull and hopefully more stable than say bent chetler 100. I'm not expecting them to be a proper carving ski, but sometimes you have to make some sacrifices. my Deacon 84 is pretty shit for landing switch and jumps ;)
Actually spent a few days on the CT 3.0 192cm on groomers surprisingly fun, jumping rollers and such its just silly stable in air and on landings. Hopeing it will bring som of that "faction fun" combined with carving groomers.
Suggested mount point seems 8cm from center, just keep it, or +2 for 6? I want to be able to carve and drive the shovels, but.. also wanna be able to ski switch/land switch.
I have other skis with mounts pushed forward where front of ski just noodles as it ends up short, and tail feels long, and dont want that, so hmmmmmm.
maybe some tips @skidemon22 ?
