Full tilt First chair 6 or full tilt drop kick

calebbcloughI couldn’t really tell the difference between these two boots, other than the width I primarily ride park and occasionally will ride all mountain/glades. What boot would be best for me

The difference is the soles! The First Chair has removable soles so when they wear down you can replace them. The liner and boot board are also of a higher quality. The Drop Kick is a little more price friendly but once the sole wears out, it’s time for a new boot. The liner is also not as good (all Intuition liners kick ass, but the wrap liner in the First Chair provides more response and stiffness compared to the tongue liner in the Drop Kick). It's not only the soles, it's also the Souls (sorry). The First Chair uses the 'Soul Shell' which is an updated version of the narrow last shell with a wider toebox (and the replaceable soles), whereas the Drop Kick uses the Classic OG Full Tilt (Flexon) shape. The fit is actually pretty different. I have a really narrow forefoot, so I get all kinds of problems in the Soul Shell that I don't have in the Classic. The Drop Kick Pro with the wrap liner is now the one to get if you go in that direction.
