FaunaSkisIf you’re in that area hit up @onenerdykid with a DM and see if he’s got time away from the atomic factory just down the road to show you some spots around the Pongau area aka Powgau or even just a better heads up on what’s good round there.
FinitoI really like Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal. They have a nice Jump line and the pow days there are very enjoyable.

MagSevenThat area is wicked with loads of small ski areas. In my experience, (which is a few years old) I found local skiers were all about ripping the groomers and emulating the local hero Herman Maier. The trees and pow areas stayed un tracked for a long time.
I stayed in Altenmarkt really close to the Atomic factory, randomly. You can get the bus all round to the various resorts. I really like Zauchensee. And if it doesn't snow, you've got one of the best parks in Europe at Flachauwinkl.
