anders_athe atris is what... 108mm? most 100mm aint gonna carve really good or do what you want I think.
most 100mm skis are kinda slow edge to edge for carving, imho 85-95 is where its at, good exceptions might be new revolt 104, line blade, faction CT 2.0
Mantra 102 is an exception, its CHARGY, and superstiff,, damp, awesome to carve etc, and to jump natural stuff, you are however pretty far back, and its meeh for switch stuff and.. freestyle in general, its more freeride big mountain if anything.
Enforcer 104, and 110 are awesome skies, decent fun short carve radius, but I feel they fall shorter on other requirements. Maaaaaybe the new 94s? with a bit forward stance? I just got both the enforcer 88 and 93 at sale so will see how they compare to the 104/110 .
I have a ranger 102 FR thats going in for mounting now to see how it feels, people seem to like it.
Bent chetler 100 could be good if your not too heavy, I can quite easy overpower the 188cm at +2cm when carving with my 215-220lbs , but for a 1700 gram ski they are damn impressive, also they are quite fun in park!
I own .... 7? skis at 100mm ish range I'm really looking for the same as you, something you can go 60-70mph and carve on, then hit the park going down, and general fun, havent found it quite yet. I do however regret removing the edges on my faction CT 1.0, they were surprisingly fun before beeing neutred for rails.

Agree there aren’t many narrower “twin tip charger” type skis that can carve, hit the park, stable at high speeds on hard snow. I have the Enforcer 104s and had the E 93 but sold them as it wasn’t as good as the 104 but the new heavier and damper Enforcer 94 should definitely improve them. Pondering a 94 with the mount up a cm or so for a daily driver ski next year.
Fisher 102 FR are very nice skis but wished they were a bit heavier to really charge. The 94 FR is really underweight or it would be a great option in that width.
Another very stable ski if it’s in your length is the 187cm(measures 184.5) Menace 98. Ski is super solid and quiet on harder snow and grip is very good. Little slow edge to edge at lower speeds with it’s 25m radius and width. Been using it as my daily driver this year. Black Crows Justis has a lower turning radius but similar tip/tail taper (but smoother tip curve) shape to the Menace 98 and the Justis could haul in the longer lengths I bet.
Looking forward to seeing the heavier 2021 CT 1.0 and CT 2.0 which have a slightly directional sidecut now too, so I bet they might be an option in this width range next year.
