Hey Newschoolers,
It is official. I am a licensed doctor of Physical Therapy. I am getting my IG going again with tips for common ski injuries/ issues. Posts I am working on now include:
-Knee cap pain
-Knee tendinitis
-Shoulder instability
-Ankle Sprains
-Shin Bang/ shin splints
Other ideas:
- overall flexibility
-lower extremity injury risk reduction
- functional strengthening for any body part
- late phase ACL Rehab
-thumb/ wrist sprains
-core strength
Any other ideas would be appreciated. I want to hear from the community.
