How are people getting a hold of Saga these days?

soupHate to put Saga on blast like this but it's the way she goes. Been such a die hard dick rider of the brand for years, refusing to accept the persistent lack of communication with the rest of the NS community but it's happened to me.

I'm just looking to exchange a pair of pants. No response on their contact@saga email, the Instagram page hasn't responded to me other than the one time I asked them about how to get a hold of them. Hate to say it but what in the actual fuck saga!?

So how are people successfully getting a response from them right now. I'm up in Canada not that this is any reason to refuse my service. I'm tall this is the only brand I can buy please don't make me buy "tall" gear from other brands that's an extra inch.

Saga.Contact@sagaouterwear.com hasn't been our customer service email since the end of October when we launched our Winter 19/20 site. On our customer service page you can find customerservice@sagaouterwear.com as the correct email.

Additionally, we have a separate page for returns & exchanges.

OP - I just got a dakine shell that is very long. I'm not quite as tall as you but at 6'2" with a long torso and short legs, my 2xl hits mid thigh and I'm very pleased with it. May be an option if @Saga. doesn't wanna play the customer service game.

BigTexasI’m 6’4” and if you rock baggy bibs you can buy pretty much any brand.. I have some XL armada bibs and they’re really solid

That_One_kidWas it the Dakine Wyeast shell by chance? I've been trying to get an idea of what the zipper length on that jacket is. I like the tall trim fit they advertise just not sure how tall we're talking. Feel like i'm stuck between an L and an XL at 5'11 and wanting mid to lower thigh as well.

VT_scratchAren't they in the process of being bought out? I don't mean to add to the rumour mill, but perhaps they're just focusing on closing the deal and stepping away from their issues to pass on to the next owners.
