Yesterday I saw someone take their skis off at the rack by just twisting their feet. Like didn't even force, just twisted one foot then the other and popped off both ski, put them in the rack and walked away like that was normally how you do it. Din must have been at 2. Also was wearing a snowmobiling helmet.

Working at park city really shows you that even Jerry, the surgeon from Southern California doesn’t actually know how to be aware of people around him. See so many people carrying their poles upstairs parallel to the ground just waiting to swing into someone’s face. I gotta stop before I rant about squids too much.

friesToday I landed in a bombhole after a small cliff drop. I double ejected and fell with my skis left behind uphill. Someone came along and said “I got them no worries.” And instead of carrying them to me, they threw it to me like a javelin. First one nailed me in the kneecap and I bent over in pain for 10 seconds before saying “stop stop just bring the next one down” and they did it again... keep in mind this is on a 6” powder day. Have they never heard of runaway skis? I had no choice but to take the hit the second time, luckily with my hand instead.

Rock_the_goatOne day I stopped to go to the bathroom and when I came out my skis were gone but my poles were somehow still there, even though I always hang them on my skis. I was far up and had no way of getting down so naturally I went to ski patrol because I thought my skis were stolen and they started to file a report. Then as we were standing around my brother spotted a women with what appeared to be my skis so we stopped her. Of course they were my skis and she had accidentally taken them for a lap while I was in the bathroom.

timosv10Two years ago i hit a roughly 55ft jump with a super visible run in and everything and there were these people on the knuckle just chatting and they were like indian tourists or smthn. anyways i dropped in and they hadnt moved so i assumed they would just stay there but as i was on the tranny one of them decided that was a good time to ski into the sweetspot in the middle of the jump. i landed on his tips. like not near, but on. i saw and heard my skis hit his. it really confuses me how people could be this dumb cause if he was a second later i wouldve taken him out.
