Replying to Staying healthy
I am a 15 year old skier who wants to go to the highest level if im even good enough but i know to be good you need to treat your body good. Do yall have any good tips on health during ski szn and out of ski szn. dieting,fitness all that. Im 15 so i basically eat everything that is dog shit for me . I usally eat ceral and water for breakfast and propel and frutsnacks for lunch and then for dinner i will have a steak with a1 suace and maybe some cheeze its and a sprite. Pretty fucking shitty diet i just want to get my life in order before i have heart problems in my 60s
