Staying healthy

I am a 15 year old skier who wants to go to the highest level if im even good enough but i know to be good you need to treat your body good. Do yall have any good tips on health during ski szn and out of ski szn. dieting,fitness all that. Im 15 so i basically eat everything that is dog shit for me . I usally eat ceral and water for breakfast and propel and frutsnacks for lunch and then for dinner i will have a steak with a1 suace and maybe some cheeze its and a sprite. Pretty fucking shitty diet i just want to get my life in order before i have heart problems in my 60s

Granola, milk and powder black tar for breakfast every morning, tell everyone you're boosting the meal. Do your uppercuts. Bark like a dog incessantly while skiing.

hey that's good that you're aware of this!

get your sleep! especially as a teenager you NEED lots of sleep, end of discussion

eat well, you need to eat way more veggies etc. you can still eat trash sometimes but basically just try to eat less of it and eat a lot of different colors of vegetables

soon you're going to have the option of entering the party and drinking world. you can do that a good amount if you want, but don't start too early or get too into it. quickest way to be an out of shape loser by the time you're a legal adult

just stay active and eat well and get your sleep. super easy to do if you stay on top of it

i PROMISE you, once you're in your 20s being active and having hobbies and skills and interests becomes extremely "cool" and desirable again and people spend much less of their time judging people's interests as too nerdy or whatever. stick with your sports and hobbies, the more varied the better

also keep your grades up. you don't have to have a 4.0 but there is absolutely no upside to having bad grades, you'll only limit your life options

-Start drinking water frequently throughout the day. Most people are constantly dehydrated.

-Eat more fruits and vegetables. Fruit snacks are fucking candy.

-Do a full body stretch for 15-20 minutes before skiing/any physical activity. I cannot stress this enough. It’s a very effective way to prevent injury and you’ll warm up faster while skiing.

-Eat a high protein meal for breakfast instead of cereal. Cereal is just carbs and sugar. Eggs and bacon will be far more beneficial.

-Get a good sleep schedule going.

-If you don’t already, soon you and your friends will be doing typical teenage shit like drinking and smoking weed. If you juul or vape quit right now. Nicotine is a shit buzz and it will drain your bank account and destroy your lungs. Don’t let your retard friends talk you into it. As far as weed/drinking goes just remember

Ah, ok word. Eat clean and stay active. Eat whole veggies, fruits, and meats often, and be aware of your caloric needs and caloric intake. Shit that comes out of a box or sugary sodas won't kill you right away and are fine every so often. The problems come when they are staples in your diet.

Constantly stay limber and active. Do a fun athletic activity every single day. Organize all your friends together so you emerge as a leader, challenge each other, and be nice inclusive people. Skiing, skating, lifting, yoga, etc... having an active lifestyle will make you better.

Add berries to your diet, daily if possible as in blueberries, blackberries, lingonberries huckleberries. Hoards of antioxidants, I know huckleberries have anti aging properties and anti cancer properties and youll feel like a million bucks adding berries to your diet.

Why are you being so defensive? Not everyone has the same opportunity or access to a healthy vegan diet at 15, you usually eat what your parents eat. Telling him to be vegan when he doesn't even buy his own groceries is negligent dude.

Plus, nobody said anything about you being healthy. I'm sure you're an upstanding pillar of the netflix-educated vegan religion.

I went veggie to help aid my recovery after a pretty severe mtb accident last September. I knocked about 4 weeks off my recovery time and I I genuinely believe my new diet helped. I've stuck with it since.

Get outside doing stuff and stay outside doing stuff and get your friends onboard as well. Better diet too, like you dont have to go entirely vegan and change your lifestyle entirely cuz honestly that shit is pretty overwhelming to take on at first and hard to juggle around other things so start small and introduce better options into your diet and eventually you'll find yourself eating more healthier shit than not. You'll start to notice little changes like more energy, clarity, and focus.

if you ever get a serious injury, it was most likely due to the deep state so make sure you do nothing but rub piss on it.
