Lace Up Liners/BOA Liners?

Not really all too common on the hill, but for anyone who has used/uses lace up liners they're awesome and give you an incredible fit BUTTT they're an absolute pain in the ass to use and put on which is why theyre not used by the masses
do you reckon there's any reason why you couldn't have a BOA boot liner, like one of those twisty knobs and laces things snowboard boots have? The thin wires are small enough they wouldn't compromise fit, and you wouldn't have to take the liner out to put them on. yay or nay?

that twisty knob thing seems like a pain. where do you put it? it would have to somehow be above the shell
I like my laces. I put my boot on like normal and then tie the laces and it is not a problem

I would never insert an aftermarket liner. I trust the boots oem factory to provide the best fit.
