Replying to Goggles fog up immediately when it's cold

I used to have Smith Squads which I loved. Lost them and so I bought Giro Axis because I expected them to fit with my Giro helmet well and I liked the tint and visibility of them.
Every single day that I've been out where the temperature is below 20, they fog up immediately. Not the outer or inner surface that you can wipe off, the surface between the two layers. I can go to the blow drier and it fixes it until I step outside again. I find this unacceptable and don't know what to do. Goggles that are 5 months old and $180 should not be doing this.
