If you actually wanted to draw a comparison, those billionaires would be who you should compare trump against. By your logic bezos and bill gates are a magnitude greater than trump will ever be, they made much more with much less. By your logic, not mine, trump is just small fry who only made 2 billion instead of 100. For the record, I don't like either of those guys. I don't have anything in common with them. I also don't see any problem with owning a nice plot of land, a nice house and family and living comfortably within ones means.

No I completely understand your point, and I think your point is stupid because you have nothing backing it up.
LonelyJeff Bezos was able to become the richest man in the world, without a million dollar loan from his father or a multi-million dollar inheritance. By your logic, that makes trump a pretty shitty business man. Even Bill Gates, who was born upper class and did not receive millions of dollars in loans or assistance to my knowledge is now worth 57 times more than Trump and is one of the worlds greatest philanthropists.
So if you want to compare trump to a normal person, then you should probably also compare him to his fellow billionaire businessmen, and when you do that he just looks like a scrub.
When it comes to people like Bezos, it really does just boil down to luck. Gates and Zuckerberg also got lucky, and they admit that. Trump started with money and did a decent job manipulating it to make more. He's less of an entrepreneur and more of a businessman if that makes any sense.
You also have to remember that Trump is not just a businessman, but a New York businessman. Business was never a clean game to begin with, but NYC is absolutely filthy. You can't keep your head above water without pushing off of other people. That's part of his appeal—but whether or not his skills in cutthroat business have transferred to his presidency is unclear.

Same here, took like a 8 year hiatus but the new newschoolers reminds me of the old newschoolers a lot. There are definitely still trolls but it seems like it’s mostly in nsg which is good

ehh both the "left" and right in this country are firmly authoritarian in nature. Joe Biden helped write the crime bill in 1994 and Kamala Harris put plenty of non violent drug offenders in prison when she was a DA. Both those people have done more to put black people in prison than Trump ever has by a long shot. Both sides want to limit free speech and continue propagating imperialism to the benefit of the military-industrial complex. The left wants to erode the 2nd amendment and shut down businesses for COVID. The right wants to make our government a theocracy and criminalize alternative lifestyles. Neo-cons and Neo-libs can both be called "facist" ideologies depending on your world view. If you want to be part of the change you seek then you need to actually vote for politicians who represent what you believe. Vote green party if you are a progressive or libertarian if you are on the right and actually believe in personal freedom. When you take away all the colorful rhetoric and platitudes republicans and democrats are actually very similar in many policy positions. Don't fall for status quo Joe's talk of love and light, he takes it up the ass from big farma and big oil just like his colleagues on the right.

Making your first million is incomparably harder than going from that to a multi million or even a billion. Escaping the rat race is almost impossible and it's why 99% of people are stuck in it. This knowledge isn't from liberal school teachers but rather people like Felix Dennis and Robert Kiyosaki. Liberal school teachers don't understand how to get rich, otherwise they'd probably do it themselves (unless they just dont want to).
