ive only known one girl with big gazoongas who was remotely athletic, the rest were short stocky and chubby. A nice tight ass is a much better indicator of athleticism/genetic fitness

Air squats ain't gonna do it. I don't see enough women (or dudes for that matter) doing real barbell squats. 5x5 heavy squats with good form and depth will do wonders. Also deadlifts with proper form. SQUEEZE THE GLUTES
