Chairlift game?

I did a quick search and didn't find anything else so I figured I'd make a thread. Just the other day I was on the chairlift and some dude was telling his girlfriend about a game called zap. Basically if you see someone who's just about to fall, you have to point a finger gun and say zap. If you say it before they hit the ground, you get a point. If you say it late or if they end up not falling, you get -1 point. You can also set your own rules for point bonuses, for example:

If two people crash, you get the standard point for each fall and then double points for the crash. (4 total)
If you call zap and it ends up being a total 4 piece yardsale (double eject and drop poles) you get 10 points.
If a ski or binding breaks, you get a 5x multiplier on your overall score for the situation.
If you get a ski instructor, 25 points. Ski patrol, 50 points.

Just some ideas, it can be as simple or as complicated as you want but it's been a lot of fun lately. Not sure if you guys have heard of this game. If I'm late to the party, feel free to share funny stories.

I am the world champion at that game. I ride up the lift and back down. The resort i go to has a special pass for me just because they know that I do that so I only have one pass for that lift. I’m a professional at this and get paid 80 bucks per run

This would actually be so much fun. Think night skiing. Mountain wide laser tag game, everyone has laser tag gear. Lift line is a safe zone. You snipe people on the way up and then on your ride down you have to swerve or ski the trees to avoid getting shot.

other people on the lift are off limits, so you can't just turn around and fuck the people behind you

I've been playing this game for years with friends! Didn't know other people knew about it! Have played with a few different variations.

You get double points if you call how they will fall ( speed wobbles, splits, catch edge, faceplant, etc)

fuck there'd be some serious points going around my resort, I'm an instructor and I eat it all the time lol

Sounds fun. Would also be fun to lightsaber duel on skis with those plastic toy lightsabers.
