Yes, you could absolutely do that and reuse the old holes with no issues at all.

You need to be careful threading the new screws. Make sure the new screws thread into the old threads.

But don't buy squires OP. It's not worth it.

Don’t buy Squires. They’re appropriate for teenagers and lighter women, a grown man is a little too much skier for that particular binding. In theory, you can use the same holes but you need to be careful in doing so. Every time you unscrew those bindings and rescrew them (regardless if it’s the same bindings or a new one), you’re taking material out of those holes. This shouldn’t be done more than once but it can lead to the holes being too big for the screws, requiring helicoils or a different alternative. Pay the extra money for a Griffon or a Tyrolia Attack 13, it’ll save you money in the long run and you won’t need to replace the binding

Thanks for the responses. One quick follow up question: are the toe and heel pieces (the actual pieces drilled into the ski) the same for the Squire, Griffon, and Jester? Meaning if I did end up switching from a Griffon to a Jester for example, would I be able to keep the base toe and heel piece on the skis to avoid re-drilling?

Their mount pattern is same. You afraid of taking off the baseplate or what? Don't be. It's not rocket science, just unscrew and then screw back

Not afraid, just curious if the base plates are the same, does it makes sense to leave the originals. Does that in any way do less “damage”?

No they’re not the same. Even if they were, the way that Markers are designed require one to unscrew the binding from the ski in order to remove the plate. Hope this helps!
