Are skis that aren’t damp and vibrate etc beating the shit out of my legs and making me sore?
Im sore as shit all a sudden and only thing I can think is I’ve been skiing on skis that are NOT damp at all

SavageBiffI do Olympic lifts, some squats , the occasional clean and jerk, some deadlifts , lunges and cardio , I can only squat 225x10 for 10 sets when I german volume train so I’m not very strong 😢 and I can only run 30 minutes a day so ya it’s prob my fitness level I’m working on it 👍🏻
But if I had been a stick , this woulda been sound advice ^ kinda basic and limited tho
Mainly on apostle 98 it’s about a 1500g ski , and the new sfb, I bought them for east coast pow and playful skiing , but I just can’t stop charging and carving, we’ve had some really wet snow too , I’ve spent a lot on different skis finding my style and
