Buy 60 feet of 3/8" latex tubing. You can get it on amazon for like $30. Cut it into three 20-foot segments and braid them together. Clamp or knot both ends VERY securely so it doesn't come apart and snap back at you. Then add a heavy duty clip to one end and a handle to the other.
