Can’t find a pass in SLC and I’m about to lose my mind

feels like some of the resorts in the state are begging people to work for them so im not sure to why you weren't able to find a resort job or something. not to mention its sundance week in PC and theres people begging for help and will pay decently for it. you could easily clean up shop at a bar or restaurant or something and get enough money for a pass.

Bump lifts and rock employee housing. Line up second shift work for next year or patrol they aren’t hiring because it’s late January you’re too late they can’t onboard a patroller when they’re this busy. I’d go for PC or Deer Valley or Snowbasin just think the cottonwoods are super close to SLC so people prefer them.


You’ll be hired within a week if you get in Vails system today.

Just look on any local board. Or just walk Main Street and stop in any restaurant. They will probably hire you on the spot.

That junk show starts Friday and lasts about 10 days

park record (local newspaper) classifieds for local work or like skibum said, just walk into any joint on main st. honestly. theres a facebook group called "Park City Jobs" or something like that i think that you can join that i know is also a great resource. Craigslist as well for cash jobs and stuff like that. Hotels also hire for shuttle driving and stuff, all sorts of things to do for the next 14 days or so.

Best ya can hope for now is a chance to candidate and git a foot in the door for next season
Ain't no l9 retail jobs but we may have a warehouse inventory replenishment opening
We have 8 solitude 2 Alta and a couple pow mow employee shop passes
Solis running 13 of 20 rookie

Last thing they need is another right now
But I can probably git ya a candidate opportunity at some point this season
At the least I'll take ya up and show ya the mountain and possibly the tlp /silver fork backcountry
Solis has a club solitude concierge gig open

And a emt background should got ya in as another night shift 1st responderand an opportunity to learn the mountain and staff and set ya up for next season to patrol
Otherwise check the national ability center for voli ops
Or the ski jump/bobsled Olympic Park in pc hires emts

Went to that Millcreek L9 shop week or two back for first time to get some cheap binders. Didn’t want to deal with the PC shops and traffic. Cool store. Never realized how big and how much product there is in there.

If you can wait a little over a month, get a Snowbird spring pass. Should be like half the price of a regular season pass and Snowbird is without question the best resort in Utah if you like gnar.

I don't know if they made the features any friendlier though, they were all pretty advanced or expert level last I took a look.

You could probably still get hired at Kirkwood they were so desperately short of patrollers a month back. If your not locked in to Utah.
