Replying to Headed to Wanaka/Cardrona this summer tips needed

Getting married in the area this June! Planning on skiing a 4-5 days with friends and family. I may take my boots but will rent skis when I'm there so any recommendations on shops is welcomed!

Looking for advice from anyone local on food, activities and other things besides skiing as well of course! We will be based out of Wanaka for around two weeks so we would like to do/see as much as possible!!
