ethanshredzBlizzard Bodacious or Volkl Confession if you're looking for a legit, burly, directional big mountain charger. For something with a bit more versatility but still damp and stable, I'd go Moment Wildcat or Head Kore 117.
soupcanI think the biggest dampest but still playful twin has got to be either the black ops, pro-to or the koala from DPS. If you are looking for something more directional then there is a whole plethora of skis out there that fit the bill.
TrefinWhat he said. Dont overthink it, get the black ops, they are heavy and damp. Absolute crud destroyers, you will beat yourself up for not getting them sooner.
I have some 188 commander 108s, while they do fine with chop, they are so light you better have strong quads if you want to mach deep chop all day.
TheWeazIn terms of twin tips from well known companies, black ops, 4frnt devastator or, moment wildcat are all pretty good in terms
of dampness.
if you are just straight up looking for the dampest ski you’ll have to go pretty directional and also go to older model skis, pretty much all modern skis are nothing in comparison to the old katana, or legend pro, or if you really want damp find some old stocklis in a shape that you like. Theres something special about a stockli stormrider that just lets you truck through anything, however all of these skis haven’t been made in 5 or more years at this point so good luck.

TheWeazThey don’t make the wide stormrider anymore, the 115, or the twintip 110 TT, both very well built and well skiing skis, just only came in lengths too short and too long for me.
the current katana is just the v werks version which is wimpy in comparison to the old one, rumors of a returning katana though so that may change some things.
fwiw I hated the confession when it first came out, obviously other people like it but I think they made that ski too light for how stiff it is.
