dadiWW Copper is so much fun. you ski all day (9-3) and at night you just eat and go to the barn to do tramp work. It really is worth it. Most of the kids are trash, know that 1/3 campers love skiing and are trying to improve. The other 2/3 of the campers are those whose parents needed a summer camp, or that just started skiing, or they're like 8. The 1/3 of the people you'll love tho. They can be lifelong friends. Coaches are all really good, the activities are fun, a week is well worth it. Make sure to investigate the visiting pros and pick a week that you like them. That will completely change your camp experience. Hope this helped!
nmwninjartI don't know how old you are but If you're an adult that doesn't want to ski with children It looks like Windells is the way to go. Maybe? Unless I missed it and just didn't see any adult sessions at Copper when I was looking and comparing last year. I also wonder how much fun and progression do you have when you're a noob.
@ILparkskier I'm assuming you're from IL by your username. Where do you ski in IL? I grew up in IL an hour away from Chicago. I wasn't a skier then but my little sister and I sure ripped the sledding hill with our hand me down old school sleds.. My school took a class trip to Wilmot Mtn but I didn't get to go because my parents were lame and thought skiing was too dangerous. lol!
