Just wanted to throw this out there to see if this is the norm.
Being from New Zealand we don’t always have access to certain brands or full collections.
decided to order a jacket and pants and ship them out here direct from sagas website. The gear is super nice and I really like it.
unfortunately the stitching on the pants crouch fell apart through no fault of my own. Being a reasonable person I sent an email to saga to see what my options were and even included I didn’t mind chipping in on shipping of a replacement etc.
Didn’t get anything back at all, after a month I re-sent an email again thinking maybe it got lost. Has since been some time and still no reply.
Seeing how active they are on Instagram I reached out there, the person was nice but was unable to help telling me he was sure they would get back to me.
In the end I have just given up, which feels stupid cause any other brand would have sorted me out per the terms and conditions.
Anyone else had the same issues with them?
