SuspiciousFishAll caffeine does is gives your body an artificial adrenaline rush. When you pound a monster your body fires your adrenal glands to give a boost of Adrenaline and Cortisol. The problem is skiing itself releases adrenaline and your body only has so much. Once your glands run out you get whats called Adrenaline Fatigue and you feel like shit and wiped out. If you want real energy get some Siberian Eleuthero and take 2 in the morning before your first run. It regulates your adrenaline system so you have more energy during the day and it will actually make your body better able to handle the mental stresses of skiing. Russian athletes have been using it for decades and its good stuff.
