Lactose Intolerance people

Anyone else suck at digesting milk products but still consume them anyways? I just had a cheese lasagna, it's worth it tbh

Hard cheeses and greek yogurts basically have no lactose, just a couple example of dairy products that have very low to no lactose. Lactose intolerant doesn't mean you can't eat any dairy.

For example, if you put cheddar on your lasagna you should be fine even if you're lactose intolerant.

Ya, I had to cut out ice cream, milk, and cheeses, but just devoured a big bowl of cereal wit milk, my guts are already churning.

Every lactose intolerant person that I know does not even care that they are lactose I tolerate, it possibly makes them consume more lactose in spite of their condition

My life everday: Mozzarella sticks, Sandwich, ice cream, ect. And take a massive shit in school or dont eat it all. Also when skiing I never have anything with milk during or before because shitting in ski gear blows.

Milk is evil..I can still have greek yogurt, macaroni and cheese, pizza, lasagna, hard cheeses in small to moderate amounts. I keep those lactose pills on hand so when I know Im about to gorge I pop a few of those.
