BigPurpleSkiSuitMy thoughts on the matter:
1. If Soleimani was developing a real, new threat and needed to be taken out, the mossad could have done it without a trace instead of Trump literally waving the U.S. flag over his corpse
2. Trump and Netanyahu are both wannabe strongmen facing major investigations, what better way to stay in power than start a real war
3. Iran has powerful allies. It's not just the US versus Iran, it's the U.S. versus Iran backed by Russia, North Korea and many others, in effect making this a legitimately unwinnable war.
4. If anyone is crazy enough to give Iran a Nuke and they suspect they might actually go down, you can be that is getting aimed straight at Tel Aviv
TLDR: Soleimani's assassination was the result of 2 corrupt leaders trying to save their own sorry hides, and while he deserved to die, we may be dragged into a legitimate War against true opposition
HYP3R_REAL1TYThe president added: "We do not seek regime change. However, the Iranian regime's aggression, including use of proxy fighters to destabilise neighbours, must end, and it must end now."
thats fucking ironic for trump to call out Iran for using proxy fighters to destabilise. Seeing as the US has had clandestine SF units operating all throughout the Middle East for like 30 years.
Worlds turned too shit
AbiHStay away from big cities. Welcome to war.
theabortionatorThere's no war happening here but if it did it'd almost be a good thing. Bring it home and shove it in stupid people's faces. I wish these dumb fucks that love bombing other countries had to deal with it on their doorstep. Too bad at least for the foreseeable future war will simply be a thing where we blow up brown people in other countries in the name of "freedom".
CaseyThere is no such thing as a war that only affects stupid people in favor bombing other countries, get real.
AbiHWhy would you suspect they nuke Tel Aviv instead of the USA?
AbiHMy brother studies the middle eastern culture for a living and currently lives in Austria and has lived in the middle east before..... I think we will be going to war. Iran is backed by countries that equally hate the United States. This generation of US civilians have not seen war on american soil, they think that because we are far away that we are immune to nuclear war, or just war in general. I don't think the situation should be taken lightly or swept under the rug.
Chubz. No generation in post industrial revolution history has seen war on us soil....
I think the threat of nuclear war with Russia/China will not happen. The entire world would end and I don’t think those countries are that naive or frankly stupid enough to bring matters that far.
I would also love to see any country get past the United States Navy and put troops on the ground on US soil. That will never happen.
AbiHWhy would you suspect they nuke Tel Aviv instead of the USA?
Chubz.Idk man I don’t think the US should play world police but any government that shoots down a civilian airliner and kills its own people should be held accountable.
and I also don’t think war is going to happen . This situation went from 99-0 within a week lol
SegsxiI’m late to this but Ahem..
like 99% of the Middle East wants Israel gone.
*TURBONERD*So should the US have been held accountable when it shot down an Iranian airliner? Should it be accountable when it assassinates it’s own citizens?
The only parts that don’t want it gone only support Israel because the enemy of their enemy is their friend. It’s also pretty uncontroversial outside the US and UK that Israel is actively engaging in violations of human rights in the open-air prison known as Palestine.
Chubz.Obviously...?
AbiHWhy would you suspect they nuke Tel Aviv instead of the USA?
b00mSkisI have no idea but probably he posted that because iran's nukes may not be long range enough for USA, so they would attack a USA ally instead?
