it's pretty common to have the edges of the top sheet to start peeling like that, happens when you cross your skis and the edge catches the edge of the top sheet. de-tuned edges help and some people sand the top sheet corner with sand paper to make it less prone to catching. my skis have pretty gnarly sides at the moment.
If you’re really worried, a little epoxy can seal it up, but it’s normal and not detrimental. Trust me, after skiing on a bunch of Line skis, you get used to it
