Replying to Whats the deal with copyrighted music on company park insta pages

I am most likely going to be able to make edits for sundayriver parks instagram account, obviously i cant take some super famous song and use it in my edit. However after looking at other park pages such as sugarbush and carinthia, ect... they all seem to have lo-fi trap beats and simple trap beats, after looking some up some free beats on yt They all had some stupid gimmick or something. I want to go ahead and post the video, but dont want to get the company in some hot water legally. does anyone know how other park pages can post songs in there edits without being sued for copyright?
