Wizerdyou won't be in hot water unless you are directly profiting from the video, I.E. an advertisement or direct monetization. I know carinthia promotes several video series ( C sessions, 860 media) that are affiliated with them but are not per-se advertisements you know? for example you upload a youtube video with a copyrighted song, it would get de-monetized. they would not remove the video from their platform but simply not allow ad revenue from views on that video.
207Instagram completely removes videos from their platform that are copyrighted, like the second you upload it they remove it. There are ways to cheat the algorithim, but any legitimate resort with a marketing budget wouldn't allow content that is obviously copyrighted on it anymore. Go look at those 860 media Carinthia edits on IG, they all have stock royalty free songs. Years ago copyrighted songs on resort IGs used to be a go but the industry standard is that it's a big no-no now.
LonelyWeird. Knock on wood but I have a few recent vids on the gram and insta tv. All with copyrighted songs. Clips are still up along with the music
