Replying to Skis Hard To Control

What’s up fellas, I got a new pair of skis that are reasonably longer then my last pair and I’m having a hard time on lower angle terrain. They are the same model as my last pair just longer but whenever my skis are flat on the snow, one of them seems to just start turning and get locked in. It’s not a problem on anything steeper but it can get sketchy when just cruising... does anyone have a way to fix this (either the way I’m skiing or tune related)? It might just take some getting used to but it’s no bueno on cat tracks
