K2 Marksmen? Bentchetlers?? ON3Ps???

Copped a set of Pivot 14s recently, now looking for some skis to put them on. I’ve been on some center mounted K2 Shreditors for a while and love the playful, balanced feel those have so I definitely want something similar to that.

Just something kinda soft, playful that I can have fun with but still be able to hold up in powder or bomb down groomers on... so uhhh basically a little of everything. Not a huge park guy but I like to get creative with the natural stuff. Mainly ski Colorado, Arizona, and Utah but making the trip out to Japan in February.

I was originally looking at the chetlers but they seem a little wide for me since not everyday is gonna be a powder day. Also looking at the Marksmen and those look kinda sick too, especially being asymmetrical. Other then that maybe ON3Ps since that’s what all the cool kids ride on?? Idk don’t know enough about them. Overall just want something fun.

the on3p jeffreys will probably be the most playful of the three. I have the 108s and they are super stable when charging. the tip and tail rocker also make em pretty fun to butter and play around. solid one quiver ski.

I love my Jeffery 96s they are pretty much every thing you described. You could bump up to the 108s and be fine. Im on the east coast and wanted them as daily driver so 96 made sense. They are alittle on the stiffer side though. The rocker makes them playful which is nice because they charge hard.

just did a bit of googling... the Jeffreys are the same as the Kartels right? And worth the extra money?

Jefferys are the same as Kartels. And they are definitely worth the extra money.

Which BC’s were you looking at the 120s or 100s

Marksman is a lot softer than kartel, more jibby. Kartel/Jeffrey can charge, they are actually really more of a stiff ski

The 100s would be a lot more versatile if that’s what tour going for. Better piste performance, edge hold etc, would only have to sacrifice for those proper deep bottomless days where the 120s would obviously be better. Still heard the 100s hold their own well for their width
