So I pretty much only do rails and I'm in the east
but I'm not sure if I should get the allplay or the vacation because I want a pretty soft ski who can do park and a little bit of backcountry

I'd go with allplay, especially if you're in the east.

I've taken my all plays down every marked run at alpine meadows, and had a couple crazy pow days at alta on them. I think they do really well outside of the park for how soft they are.

Great input! I love my All Plays they are the perfect East Coast daily driver I would highly suggest them.

skinny skis in pow is still super fun bc its still pow. Wide skis on hardpack is more of a bummer in my opinion. Thats only comparing between two similar skis tho, like the allplay and vacation. I use a 106 on firm days on east coast, but its much more of a directional ski

East coast skier here - Ive been on Allplays for the past 4 years.

I cant speak highly enough about them as well as the company.

They are my Park, All Mountain, Backcountry, powder ski.

They are supper playful yet great charging.. They also hold up well in powder.

They've been to Co and UT on deep days and have had no issues with the size.

I love the 98mm waist and think its the most versitile size out there.

Cant go wrong...


With that said im on Atomic Bent Chetler 100s this year... and damn are they fun..
