Trying to not sound like an idiot even though its probably too late for that at this point, can someone explain how to pronounce it? Or do you just say the letters/number.
The "3" is actually an "E" but it looks weird when it"s not capitalized obviously, which is why you see it as ON3P. So read it like On-ep. (two syllables)

All these other people are just trying to get you to say 'pee' all the time, it's an evolution of an old NS joke about "peeing in her butt"
The name is a test for who should have the ability to vote. Obviously represents the state of the country as a whole. When people say ONEP in person now I just ask em to explain why I would have used a 3 if it was meant as an E - so that is certaintly fun.

I ask this of myself all the time in regards to loads of company/restaurant/artist names as well as product brands but yet here we are in modern marketing land where vowels are frowned upon, 'Z' can replace all 'S', numbers can replace letters and so on.
