Going to Japan for 10-12 days. What are the ski hills or areas you would 100% make sure you hit?

Hey guys, Newschoolers helped me plan the trip of my life to the states last winter. Hoping for that help this winter if possible please!

It will just be a short trip around 10-12 days in late January. What are the ski hills or areas that you 100% wouldnt miss for the world in that short time?

There are so many to choose from and most of them look amazing, hard to pick out the best ones by just looking around the internet!

Edit: Would just like to add that a backcountry guided tour, and or Cat type experience would be amazing to try to fit in also. If anybody knows any good operations.
