Replying to Has anybody bent their phone while skiing?

Today I fell on a rail and my iPhone xr was in my hip pocket. I fell right on the rail and my phone was sandwiched between my hip and the rail. The top left corner is now bent about 1/8 inch. The screen is. Racked too but everything works fine. This happened to me once about 3 years ago as well when I had a 5. Does anyone have stories about phones or other things bending in their pocket after falling on rails?
