Ski Tech shop footwear

Yo ski techs - what do you rock for footwear? My shop is also a run shoe dealer so I usually go with sneakers as a cheap option but they get destroyed and the soles get crushed quick. I do skate shoes sometimes which seems pretty good to go - anyone go with a boot?

Vans Pro Skate. Extra rubber makes them more waterproof.

Salomon XA Pro 3D GTX. Being around the tuner means water spray everywhere. And the vibram sole is perfect for traction. They are extremely comfortable as well for being on your feet all day.

i usually rock my beater air max janoskis, they're getting really slippery from all the wear though so might have to replace them soon.

Not a tech, but work in a ski shop. Most of our techs wear boots. Boots just work better for standing for long periods.

Nice, keep seeing ads for those watching surf comps. Currently got some Vans K Walker pros going with some insoles, anyone have insole preference?
