BlumpkinPumpkinMy guess is back would be better than forwards. You can also mount closer to the old holes or back in the same holes, but you just gotta do something special that I'm not qualified to advise on.
Prince_PolloThe problem is that the previous binding was a different model so the holes over lap a lot. How close is too close to the old holes.

BlumpkinPumpkinCheck out the TGR forums or do a quick Google search with the buzzword "newschoolers" or "tgr" added to your search. Most threads I've found say >1cm but if need to, no less than 7mm.
Hopefully someone who works at a shop and does this all the time can chime in here.
Can you maybe post a picture of the previous mount holes and where your new ones will be in relation? When you say overlap, do you mean literally in the same hole? Or just close to them?
Prince_PolloThey’ll just be on top of each other. But the toe piece is fine. The heel piece is we’re the issues at. Could I mount the heel piece a little bit closer or farther and then just slide it to match my boot length? Toe piece will still be at the right spot.
BedBugDougYes you can do that
BedBugDougAt that point you might as well mount the bindings facing the other way and ride ur skis backwards
