Fixing 3rd World Countries Anti-Fuck Edition

I know how to world peace. Obviously there is tons of poverty and suffering in 3rd world countries. Yet ppl are bangin every fuckin day and bringin lil kids into a world of pain and suffering. Im not saying im right and ppl should do this for sure. But what if these sad broke ppls just didn’t have kids. It would end pain and suffering and help solve another problem in the world which is overpopulation. Then with the extra land we can do good stuff that isnt endless pain and suffering.

Is this good idea or naw

You're approaching this from a consequentialist point of view. Therefore, we see that statistically empowering women through education, access to contraceptives, and job opportunities lowers birth rates. For example, compare the birth rate of Niger, Africa to any developed Western country. Now this may prompt you to inquire why these birth rates are so high? They're high for two reasons, 1 high infant mortality and 2 the demand for children from an economic perspective. So it is easy for us to sit back and ask these poor nations to not have kids, but it's unrealistic at best. The brutal necessity that the 3rd world's conditions imposes on its inhabitants demands high birthrates. So what can we do? We can donate to certain organizations that helps these countries through the aforementioned means resulting in better consequences and less overall suffering.

Few years ago thought about this exact issue and came up with a solution. Give out free what ever you call it, neutering? To all women in the world so thet couldn't have babies. It would eventually solve world hunger, clean up the atmosphere, and all problems overpopulation has created. Am I brilliant or what.

You ever smoke too fast and lose vision momentarily? Happened to me, or at least I thought it did. Turns out I somehow hit the light switch when I was seshin. Don't know how the fuck it happened but at first I thought I just lost my vision but then I was like wtf something is off about this. And through my vision loss journey, I achieve enlightenment and solve the worlds problems.

Youre overcomplicating things. If you are yourself starving then what the fuck are you doing having sex when you should be looking for food or working for money to buy food

There is a context between prosperity and birthrate.
Botswana for example is gaining some kind of economy "boom". Also, they have democracy, a pension for older people, freedom of speech etc.
So the birthrate (2,25 is nearly normal) sinks when a country is doing good...

Problem is: you will never see this in ALL african countries. Look at Nigeria, They will have a bigger population than the USA in the future...

I don't know what to do, but it will be a problem for the whole world (especially Europe).

I wish people in America would stop having as many kids. People post the averages or say"look at this country" and say we're good but idk.

It's still celebrated to have too many kids. Imo there should be a hard limit of 4. There shouldn't need to be a limit but going forward that needs to be a thing. You can argue that many people arent having kids, but that doesn't mean people should pump out enough to make up for it.

People also argue that there is plenty if space, and you can make that work but I still disagree. America has some beautiful landscapes. Fuck anyone who wants to fuck it all up with strip malls and bullshit suburbia for their bullshit offspring

People look at it like "I make this much. I can provide for all my kids". Seeet that's great, but those kids are gonna have kids, and their kids will have kids.

You're not just spawning 5 kids. You're spawning 5 kids that are going to take after you and have a bunch of kids of their own.

We need to take overpopulation as seriously as we take plastic and other pollution. People are literally ruining the world just by existing. Help contol the people population, fix yo shit or use some fucking birth control.

The world is still a beautiful place, in the future who knows. Stop giving incentives to people who hump like rabbits.

Yep, the best way to lower birthrates is to help create a better economic/medical situation in these countries. Also, just easy access to contraceptives. When you live in a mud hut with nothing to do, people are going to have sex.

The american birthrate is 1.8, which is below the fertility replacement rate of 2.1. This means that the population is starting to decline as people have less children than it takes to replace them when they die. Not saying I disagree with ya but those are just the facts

Yeah but my point was that people use that as an excuse to pump out 10 kids.

It wouldn't hurt to have 50% of our current population or less.

We're still expanding and sprawling out all over this country.

Idk. I just think the world could use a lot less people. Going negative isn't a bad thing imo.

I dont know the details but I think theres some financial benefit the more kids you have if your low income or immigrants? You get money from government for each dependent or something wich is stupid. It should be the other way around to discourage low income/immigrants from having kids just comes from taxes

Look up demographic transition. It's basically when a country is moving away from poverty, which means you don't need 6-10 kids to maintain your agrarian lifestyle. Cutting the population can fuck up a whole bunch of other things.

People age and if a journalists/youtube personalities profile picture contributes to their brand awareness, why fuck with the formula? He's likely been contributing positively to the world longer than you've been able to type so.. nice jab dude.

What he's talking about is the fact that our country's culture of degeneracy is directly contributing to a decline in birthrates. Elon Musk pointed out facts, Tim's video discussed some causes of why people don't fuck to make kids anymore.

What people in this thread don't realize is that in many developing nations, having children is the only way many people have to be able to retire when they're too old to work.

These people aren't stashing away money in an IRA to be swingers in some kinky florida golfcourse retirement community, they're relying on their children to take care if them as they took care of their elders when they cannot work.
