Firefox Question

Just switched to it and it definitly beats the hell out of internet explorer. So I've got one question to ask. Does Firefox have a ''My favorites?'' If so then where is it?

as in bookmarks?
yes
and you can even do quicklaunch type things where they are in the toolbar

another one...
if i need to connect to the internet using a password to get on the server, and it says i should use IE, but i want to switch to firefox, is there any reason that when i launch firefox i wouldn't get to the login page?
