Yes! In my experience as you get a bit older people use it as less of a hookup tool and more of a legitimate dating app.

I've met some super cool people on tinder. As long as you both are clear on your expectations there's no reason not to treat it like any other relationship.

I have mixed views on Tinder. I met my gf in person and I wouldn't have it any other way, and in my opinion that's the absolute best way. That being said, a majority of single people (on Tinder or not) are looking for hookups when they meet new people and that ends up turning into something. So who really cares if it happens through an app! Not for me but I don't judge

Women will pull it down for any man that’s less fat than them and get 100 messages a day.

Personal experience is that I’ve gone home from bars with chicks who mention tinder maybe show their profile and wanna puke when I see a vagina that’s had a bomb go off in it shit sticking out etc.

Sorry I was drunk I’m stranded 3 miles from Gunnison CO at a hotel that’s nice but you can’t walk anywhere and now I can’t take the free shuttle to chase pussy in CB. I don’t want to walk an hour. Great room for 300/week including taxes and skied pow last few days but I wanna get out and meet some chicks and sink a few.

Lots of sketchy women out there. There’s probably nothing wrong with a guy bc he is using tinder. There is something wrong with hot girls on it. The fat chicks are probably ok as people but who can get a boner with a fatty.

It's weird to parents and stuff where that wasnt an option but extremely common these days. I have multiple friends who met through tindr that got married and know a bunch if people in relationships from apps as well.

People think of it as "Oh we met on a hookup app" but really it's no more weird than hitting on somebody at a bar or a shitty party and going from there.

That said I do feel 100% of the "Eek we met on a hookup all" regarding grindr though. I generally tel the truth but I might omit that if I ever end up in a relationship from there. Im not saying tindr is the best ever but it feels less grimey.

Yeah I agree that parents might find it offputting that their son or daughter met someone online, but with technology and cellphones being such a huge aspects in people’s lives it seems normal now to met that way. I feel like meeting on an app to either hookup or to find a companion is more common now than it hasn’t ever been before. The amount of time people are on their phones is ruining their social skills so it just seems right that we gravitate toward some dating apps instead of meeting at school, a bar, a party, etc. it’s grimey like you said but I think down the road it won’t even be grimey but it’s will be the mainstream.
