TRVP_ANGELJust listened to an interesting podcast today that discussed how hackers go about getting accounts. It seems like 2FA actually helps hackers due to the method of a sim swap. The hackers would need to know their phone number (which admitedly can be easier than getting their password) and can perform a simple sim swap to gain access.

For a sim swap to work, you would need to go to the mobile carrier and convince them that you are that person (they are supposed to ask for ID) in order to get a new sim card, and at that point you can reset the password.
ATT just got sued for negligence for a crooked employee not checking IDs. While you can still answer security questions over the phone (mothers maiden name, SSN, etc) I expect you'll have to go in in person to get a SIM card in the future.
Also, Dollo's password was probably "woof"
