Marksman vs Prodigy 2.0

I think the prodigy would be better for you they’re a lot lighter than the marksman. I’ve rode the prodigy’s as well as I’ve held the marksmans and the weight is pretty different. Someone your size may benefit from a slightly lighter ski, but they are both great skis.

I might check other brands/models because the faction skis durability worries me.
I actually just found some 18/19 Sick Day 104 for really cheap, the price makes it really attractive, but I have not much feedbacks about these skis.
If someone have them and could hit me up that would be nice

I’ve skied the Marksman the last 3 years. I can only give you my opinion on them. They are soft, yet very damp ski. I’ve found they they have a decent top speed on the groomers and turn beautifully. I ski park 75% of the time on them. Lots of rails. Everyday. And find their durability top notch. I’m 5’10. 160#. Ski the 184.

Ok thanks for the feedback guys. I just forgot to mention that I’m currently skiing on ARV96 and have now 2 options:
- Sells then and get the marksman
- Keep them for park and buy the Sick Day 104 for all mountain

The issue with the marksman is that once your outside edges are worn down, you can’t switch left and right skis to have the I side edges. It’s also heavy and more of an all mountain freestyle ski. The prodigy is really light and faction fixed their durability issue a while ago, the new skis are super bomb-proof, especially the prodigy. It’s more fun and will feel better for you since your not too tall or heavy. The sick day is a good ski too but it’s not a park ski obviously so if you wanted one ski it wouldn’t be that one. The prodigy’s can do it all so my suggestion would be to cop them!

I actually went for the Prodigy’s because they were the cheapest. You mention the durability improved but I think it concerns the 19/20 skis. Though I ordered the 18/19.
