Corey_O132Yeah make sure your printing the scale is at 100%
Also it sounds like your using binding freedom templates which is good, but I usually check it in inches, that scale that your checking should be eight inches exactly if it’s printed right.
Also when you tape them together tape and put them on the ski. Tape them down on tip and tail sides, and then cut off the overhang on the sidewall sides and tape those sides down.
This is so when you drill the paper won’t move around on ya, and it’ll stay flat on the ski and won’t lift at all.
Also also, be sure to set your drill press to a stop point of your depth so that you don’t drill to far down.
Good luck!
p.s. I’d mock them out on a 2x4 before your do any ski drilling. The paper templates can be tricky at times and this isn’t something you want to rush through and screw up on. Feel free to pm me with any questions. I’ve mounted a couple pairs with those templates now and know what to do pretty well.
Prince_PolloThanks for the tips. I managed to figure out the scale issue by changing the printer settings. I mounted the bindings to a thin plank of wood to get a feel for it. came out great. gonna take it to the skis now.
Corey_O132You got it, Good luck!
