I need peoples help

So at my local ski hill they moved our terrain park from one of the normal ski hills and gave it to RACERS while our terrain park has been put on a bunny hill and now it's only 3 features long. http://chng.it/Zq27g7RPcY go sign this to help

fuck that. makes sense i guess, racers probably putting up for $$-making opportunities for the hill. sucks big time dude, super shitty of them.

ya I can sort of see why but we had a lot more people in the park when it was there, but ever since they moved the park to the bunny hill there is like nobody there anymore

I know this probably sounds like a stupid solution, but try and get a petition together, show the upper management the demand for a decent park. They probably won't care by the sounds of it, but you might strike a cord with someone who has a little sway, who knows what could come of it?

I’m pretty sure it says at the bottom but it’s Chicopee ski resort in Kitchener, Ontario

I’d suggest adding some more official information and reasoning to the petition. If you want it to be taken seriously then make it serious!
Mention that with somewhat recent introduction of freestyle skiing and snowboarding in the olympics that it’s important to provide equal opportunity for both park and racing.
If theres any other hills within 1-3 hours of driving then mention their setup, if they have a park, how it compares etc.

Hasn’t it been that way at chicopee for a few years? When I taught there in 2016 it was like that. Fucking shitty. They used to have a dope park setup, but management there is pretty fucked.

Unfortunately racing brings in $$ more than park many times.

What's the mtn like, are there other trails? Even a split that could be done with a rope line or berm?

I've worked at places where we lost territory to racing and it always sucks so I feel ya though.

Biggest thing would probably be getting people out to any park events they have. Maybe even talking to management about how much you love park without shitting on their park really.

Also volunteer or jump on the park crew. Most effective way of keeping things in great shape and having a say in terrain park stuff around your mtn.

Yeah it’s been like that since 2014 but people have been asking every year with no change at all so I decided to something about it

Yeah op listen to this guy and update the content of your petition if it will let you. Your petition description is very inflammatory right now and not likely to be taken seriously.

Unfortunately it’s the way of life. My home mountain moved our terrain park from the trail that shoots straight down the mountain to a super fucking windy trail and it’s just not fun. The kicker about this is they don’t even use the straight down the mountain trail for racing.
