Smallest home mtn/hill

Im from Manchester,NH and i swear mcintyre ski area is one of the smallest places to come from. There main source of income is there tubing. wiki says 180 vertical ft, there site says 200. maybe 900 ft of trail, 3 trails (1 shitty park, 1 "blue", 1 green, learners area)
just wondering if theres any decent skiers from a smaller hill, would love to know.

Spent most of my childhood in Angel Fire/Toas but I now ski St. Louis weekly. 300 vertical ft.

When I was driving back to Ontario from BC I came across Snow Valley Ski Hill (https://www.snowvalley.ca/). It was the summer so I didn't ski there, but it was the smallest hill I've seen.

Pine Knob in Clarkston, MI was actually decently-sized for a ski hill 30 minutes outside Detroit. Same with Mt. Holly. The parks have gotten like 1000x better since I grew up skiing there which is cool to see a lot more local kids getting out on snow.

But yeah, Maybe like 3 chairlifts but lots of tow ropes and our biggest run we were most proud of was "The Quarter Mile" which was just a quarter-mile long blue run

smallest ive ever seen is pando ski hill in Rockford Michigan. Unfortunately got bought out and shut down by Cannonsburg.

Only tow ropes. Pure Passion.

I remember having a frisbee tournament at a park in Toronto that had a "ski hill". 21m vertical drop, only magic carpets. Definitely the smallest I've seen

Isn't there a connection with Pando & the birthplace of competitive snowboarding or something like that...?

Regardless I wish it was still open, always wanted to make it there...that & Hawk Island Snowpark in Lansing. Love little community driven places like that.

They claim that they are the birthplace, but personally am sceptical of that.

Oh I am as well... I don't know how you can ever prove that since media wasn't big for the "sport" back then. Guess it's just word of mouth stating that.

I was just going to mention Elm Creek also. Theres also a ton of cross country ski trails there. Thats how I discovered the place-- was on a free cross country ski day.

i thought it was like skaters that wanted to explore over to snow, and thats why alta is anti snowboarder or something cause they where to rowdy but idk. im pretty sure signal snowboards on there every third thursday they talk about the history of snowboarding in a lot of there episodes i rember watching something.

My middle school used to do ski trips there and I continued to ski there for 2 seasons after I try to go for a midnight madness at least once a year but im gonna try going there more again, more/bigger features. Wish they still had the park from the 2012 era cause I didn't ski park then. a lot of good skiers there tho. I moved too skiing pats peak mostly now.

But let me tell you... its a 1000ft ice rink lol

I feel you man. But ever since I moved to pats I started skiing with Chris dakoulas(moved out west recently), Matt denim, Reece, atti, Ben smith met a bunch of the sick waterville academy kids through them(would type everyone’s name but there’s so many) . but nothing like hits me harder than watching all the crotched ogs kill the rails being a little jerry and being in awe at how fucking good Like probably some of the most inspirational moments watching skiing was there. Let alone Nate and Alex peer pressured me into my first 720. And damn I wanna thank them for that, such a motivational group of kids over there

First hill I ever skied and stayed skiing at till they closed had one rope tow and one chairlift. The place had three trails which included a slope that had a full park and bunny hill parallel to each other with no fence, and the other two consisted of a halfpipe and a backcountry area.

They used to but too many people got hurt according to the boss

guess people don’t ski as good in a place where 95% of the skiers are immigrants from Asia, India or Middle East in rentals ... makes no sense :$

* also Hasidic Jews ski there a lot not sure if any of you have spotted any at your hill/mtn **
